Two highly qualified instructors who love what they do! Gavin and Tracey are phenomenal when it comes to knowing how each person moves and their limitations! I had never done any form of Pilates until I broke my wrist earlier this year. On a doctors recommendation, I took up the discipline and have never looked back! Not only do I feel stronger and more toned, but I am also more confident using my injured arm for everyday tasks. The one-on-one sessions really helped me out as I could get advice specific to my needs… Really looking forward to classes starting next week guys!!

Pilates is a wonderful form of exercise for anyone of any age. I started at the age of 50, approximately 6 months ago when encouraged by friends and family to give it ago as everything else seemed doomed for failure. Start Right Health is run by a fantastic team, Tracey & Gavin. They both have great knowledge of the body, and have a lovely style of teaching which makes the sessions fun… especially when the movements / exercises become hard and challenging. With Pilates, I have learnt things about my own body that I didn’t even know existed, and have been amazed by the results that I have achieved through focusing on them. Both my posture and flexibility have seen big improvements – just having the opportunity to really understand what was going on with my body and knowing why it can help me is just great. I feel refreshed, stretched and rejuvenated as Pilates is helping me and my well being. I would recommend anyone to join Start Right Health.

I really enjoy these classes, Tracey is just Fabulous! I have suffered with back and neck problems over the years, and just after two sessions, I have found that I am able to get much more mobility at the bottom of my neck resulting in less discomfort. Well recommended!
